Wor. Bro. Donald Wesley ClarksonBy R.W.Bro. R.W.L. Clarke Wor. Bro. Donald Wesley Clarkson passed to the Grand Lodge Above on Nov. 26/01. Wor. Bro. Clarkson was initiated, passed and raised in Brant Lodge in 1962. He was Worshipful Master of the Lodge in 1972. The following are items of interest of Wor. Bro. Clarkson’s year as Worshipful Master of Brant Lodge taken from the minute book of the Lodge. During his year he initiated 9, passed 10 and raised 4. He had 2 Memorial services for departed Brethren and 12 members passed to the GLA. Wor. Bro. Clarkson was installed on January 11, 1972 with Wor. Bro. Jack Culver being the Installing Master. The officers were declared installed and invested by R. Wor. Bro. Clare Parsons, DDGM. In April Wor. Bro. David L. Ritchie assumed the Chair of King
Solomon and initiated Mr. Ed Skokum and Mr. Gary Buzek. In May a
Brant Lodge Past Masters’ degree team lead by Wor. Bro. Norm
Ellis initiated Mr. John William Hurley. In December a 60 year pin
was presented to Bro. Reg D. Dymond. At the September meeting it
was reported that as the Eastern Star and White Shrine had agreed
to meet in the Banquet Room ,so that the 4 Lodges would not be deprived
the use of their Lodge Room by the Grand Master. The December meeting
